At Children's Wishing Well, we aim to provide holistic educational support to children from low-income families and disadvantaged backgrounds. One of the ways we provide support is through organizing termly electives for our children, which include regular lessons in music, sports, speech & drama, art, IT, and more.

Volunteer Role: Volunteers will assist with a content creation workshop conducted by a trainer. Responsibilities include: • Support the trainer in managing children's behavior and assist those who may have difficulty following the session. • Prepare classroom and set up devices before each session, and restore to original state afterwards.

The volunteer tutor opportunity focuses on providing academic support to primary school students. Volunteers help children improve their understanding of school subjects, develop study skills, and build confidence in their abilities.

As a Volunteer Tutor, you will provide one-on-one academic support, guiding students through challenging concepts. This involves tailoring sessions to simpler terms for better understanding and promoting effective study habits.

Volunteers must meet a minimum age requirement of 18.

Commitment Period: End of February – October

Frequency: Once a week
